Wanted to post a quick reminder about the Winter Promo. It ends in a few weeks – so, if you’re thinking about it, act on it! Shot one of these yesterday with a crew of 4 crazy ladies…always a great time.

I’ve had a few calls about scheduling for this summer…yes, we DO book up pretty fast. The sooner you call, the more options you have for appt times. In a small attempt to push things a long anyone booking a $500 or above SENIOR PICTURE shoot in May will receive a FREE 16×20 print…that’s it…shoot in May, get big print from said images…

…now, back to editing!

Winter Promo Reminder & Photo Classes

Just wanted to post a quick reminder about the Winter Promo we’re doing again this year. Up to 5 people, everyone gets a folio and we can shoot in studio and on location. Another fun way to kill the boredom of being shut in for the winter. Anyone for rockstar snowboarding shots…?

…and, just to answer the question in one convenient spot, YES, we still have small group and private photo lessons. Private lessons are booked year-round whenever works best for your schedule. The small group class dates will be available in a few weeks. Either way, small group or private, we’ll make sure to have a pile of fun and learn of bunch of useful stuff!

Here’s The Dirt – Shoot Your Shirt!

I love giving shoots away…mostly because I love shooting…and giving! ;P So let’s do this…

Items needed:

1 – camera
1 – extended arm
1 – Studio D shirt

I want to see what creative things you can do with a Studio D shirt. Grab one ($15), wear it, shoot it – but do it as cool and as awesome as you can – post it on Facebook and tag me in it so it show’s on my wall. We’ll gather them all up and give a free shoot to the gnarliest shot. Be creative, be original and have some fun with it. And you can post as many as you like to up the chances we’ll like one of yours the mostest!

You have to take the pic yourself and you have to be connected to your camera (extended arm part). I want to see what YOU can do…not someone else.

Stop by the studio or drop us a line at 570-752-4119 to order one. This first time out we’re going to give you a bit of time to get this done…submissions will be taken until midnight on January 31st. This will give all those college types a chance to get home over the holiday break, stock up on Studio schwagg and get to snappin.

Have some fun with it and get creative!

Winter Promo Wrap Up

Man, 2010 is racing by! June is here, the summer weather HAS BEEN here for quite a while already and the calendar for the remaining 7 months is filling up fast! It’s all work, technically. I have a pile of things to post in the coming weeks: Shots from next week’s www.300AlmostNakedPeople.com project shoot; more band/musician promo images; there’s probably a wedding or 6 to blog about; and perhaps just a general image wrap up on most of 2009…I realize we’re almost 1/2 way through 2010…better late than never, right.

These images are from our Winter Blues Promo. Had a blast with everyone involved! Thank you to all these great ladies for keeping life lighthearted and fun!

…is this ASAP enough?

Joey & Jamie’s Vegas mind-melt gave me some time to work up a couple of posts I’ve been wanting to do. Nooooo, not WHILE in Vegas…you can get a lot done on a 3 hour flight! Here’s a few from Connie’s most recent modeling shoot.

How much does she ROCK for getting the hair dyed dark just to do this shoot the way I’d pictured it in my head? Every shoot seems better than the last with her…and that’s a damn good thing! :D Once again, thank you Kat for rocking the makeup & general shoot assistance.

And here’s a few from the most recent band promo shoot I’ve had the opportunity to work on. 1 Hot Mess is 1 rad crew of people to have on the opposite end of the lens. Connie and Kat rocked out the back end of this shoot as well. When the 3 of us are firing on all cylinders, life is GOOD! Thank you to everyone involved!

Happy New Year everyone! :D

Hope your celebrations were safe and fun! We jammed it out down @ Berwick Brewing with tons of music, food and brew. The best beer in town, served with best food in town (from A Perfect Blend), listening to some of our closest friends rock their souls out! It was a blast!

Wanted to repost the Winter Promo again for anyone interested. Looking forward to working with those of you that have already booked some fun ideas! Have a great new year and enjoy every minute of it! :D
